All Flight Vouchers must be fully paid for before being issued.
Save for exceptional circumstances, all sales are final.
Non-discounted flights sold directly by us are valid for three (3) years from date of issue.
Discounted flights sold directly by us are valid for six (6) months from date of issue.

Excluded from Offers are purchases made using a Coupon Codeword other than in relation to the Offer you wish to access as well as any and all purchases made via Trade Exchange Platforms such as Bartercard and BBX.
Any applicable BONUS time that may apply is noted on your voucher at time of booking, otherwise it must be confirmed by us via email.

Typically we are open on Saturdays however subject to staff availability, payment of a surcharge can allow vouchers to be used on certain days mid week or on a Sunday. This helps us to recover our additional staffing costs (i.e. minimum award 3 hours pay and or penalty rates as may apply). To avail yourself of this option, please use coupon codeword: MIDWEEK or SUNDAY).
Expired vouchers cannot be used unless a Reactivation fee has been paid (visit our BUY NOW page and click on "Extend Expired Voucher").
Forfeited vouchers cannot be used unless a Reactivation fee has been paid (visit our BUY NOW page and click on "Rebook A Missed Flight").
You can also add more simulator time to your pre-purchased flight (visit our BUY NOW page and click on "Increase Flight Length"). We may however need to reschedule your flight if there is insufficient time in our calendar for that day.
Flights purchased via third party websites or sourced from the Entertainment Book, are subject to a mid-week or Sunday surcharge (as applicable). We will contact you and advise at the time.
If a Booking Flight is missed or less than 24hrs Notification is given then your voucher is forfeited and there is no refund.
If extra purchases are made by mistake, your refund request must be made within 24 hours.
Up to four (4) spectator guests may accompany the person flying.
No refunds for "change of mind".
Confirmation of Payment and flight booking times ?
Once you have completed your Payment a Gift voucher is emailed to you immediately, if you do not recieve one within 2 hrs please contact us, Also at the bottom of the gift voucher email will be a tax invoice.
Once you have received your voucher, you book a flight session by calling us on 0434 294 866.
Due to sudden cancellations and other unforseen events, in the interests therefore of maintaining an efficient flight schedule, then just like a real airline, flights may be rescheduled to other dates and or times. In so doing, we will endeavour to contact you asap to confirm the newly rescheduled flight date and time.
If within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you need to cancel and rebook, you MUST firstly contact us to advise of your intended cancellation to then revalidate your voucher at a discounted price to the original by going to our HOME page, clicking BUY NOW then typing EXPIRY in the Coupon Codeword box. Once you have your revalidated voucher, please follow the instructions to place a new booking.
If you fail to notify us of a cancellation, you are ineligible for the discounted Revalidate rate meaning you will have to buy a standard new voucher should you still wish to partake at a later date.
Alternatively, booking alterations made within 24-72 hours of a session incur a $49.00 Alteration Fee.
The Alteration Fee is payable by going to our HOME page, clicking BUY NOW then typing ALTERATION in the Coupon Codeword box to then complete the process.
In all cases, you may email us to apply on medical grounds for a free revalidation if you can still partake, otherwise for a full refund if you cannot, however in all cases, you must supply us with a medical certificate as evidence on your part that you were unable to attend and or that you cannot do so within the next six (6) months.
If any participants and or spectators exhibit what we consider to be unruly behaviour and or appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we may forbid access to the simulator or otherwise terminate a flight mid-session further to which no refund will apply.
In the unfortunate event of a system malfunction, should we need to abort your simulated flight within the first half of your scheduled time with us, you have until your voucher expiry date to make a fresh booking for the full allotted time and whereupon, an additional 15 minutes of bonus time valued at $129 is further included to help compensate for your disappointment and inconvenience. If however your flight is aborted in the last half of the allotted time, you may rebook within your voucher validity period, again at no cost and for the entire flight however there is no bonus time. Furthermore and eitherway, you will receive a free HD Video of your re-booked flight.
Should we need to close due to a government health directive (e.g. another Covid lockdown), there is no additional cost to for you to rebook.

Customer Behavioural Standards
The safety and security of our staff and customers is always our first prioirty. Furthermore, the simulator is an extremely delicate, sensitive and expensive apparatus. Accordingly, we may refuse entry to anyone or even to an entire group, should rude and or agressive behaviour be exhibited. Similarly, this applies to those appearing under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Persons may be expelled mid-session should any such indications arise and with no refunds given or further correspondence entered into. Non-compliant individuals may be reported to the WA Police.

Whilst our simulator closely resembles the cockpit of a Boeing 737 aircraft, it is not and should not be referred to as one. The Boeing Aircraft company owns the trade marks of "Boeing" and "737". Our operation is not licensed by or endorsed by Boeing.
Various other aircraftas produced by Lockheed Martin are modelled within our database . They solely reflect virtual cockpit capabilities, being replications with interactive displays and representative physical switches. They are customisable, data-driven graphics and models. Of course, our physical cockpit hardware does not change.Lockheed Martin owns the trademarks to its brands and we do not purport to be endorsed or licensed by them except to the extent that we use licensed software that emulates their aircraft.
