Purchases, Payment and Refund Terms

  • All Purchases are made in Australian Dollars AUD.
  • All Flight Vouchers must be fully paid for before being issued.
  • Refunds are not allowed as Flight Vouchers are issued electronically and can't be recalled.
  • Expired Flight Vouchers cannot be used unless a Reactivation fee has been paid.
  • All upgrades must be paid before a upgrade flight can be booked.
  • If a Booking Flight is missed or less than 24hrs Notification is given then your voucher is forfeited.
  • You can reactivate a forfeited Voucher by paying a reactivation fee.
  • If extra purchases are made by mistake, your refund request must be made within 24 hours. 
  • No refunds for "change of mind".
  • If you have any queries please contact us to resolve.
 

Confirmation of Payment and flight booking times ?

  • Once you have completed your Payment a Gift voucher is emailed to you immediately, if you do not recieve one within 2 hrs please contact us, Also at the bottom of the gift voucher email will be a tax invoice.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be used unles a reactivation fee has been paid.
  • Flight bookings are made by calling us on  0434 294 866.

Behaviour

On behalf of management, our duty pilot reserves the right to refuse entry to any one or more persons exhibiting rude and or agressive behaviour and or, who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  Similarly, you or your group, may be asked to leave during a flight if there are indications of any of the above behaviours.
